As the artist’s exclusive European representative, we gladly announce Bruce Nauman’s 20th exhibition with Konrad Fischer Galerie since his first solo exhibition “Six Sound Problems for Konrad Fischer” in 1968.

Besides numerous new sculptures and drawings the exhibition includes the new largescale sculpture and 3D-video „Fish/Rainbow” demonstrating his penchant for reinterpreting earlier works and immerses the viewer in Nauman’s studio and creative practice.

Bruce Nauman (b. 1941) lives and works in New Mexico. Recent exhibitions include: Disappearing Acts (2018/2019), Schaulager Basel and MoMA Museum of Modern Art, New York; Bruce Nauman, Tate Modern London (2020), Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam (2021), Bruce Nauman OK OK OK, M. Woods Museum, Beijing (2022); at Pirelli Hangar Bicocca, Milan (2022/2023); and Contrapposto Studies, Palazzo Grassi, Punta della Dogana in Venice (2021/2022).

Nauman has received numerous awards, including the Golden Lion at the Venice Biennial in 1999 and 2009 as well as Japan’s Praemium Imperiale in 2004.
